3. Nothing on this site is a contract
Content on this site describes DashView products and pricing at a point in time. Prices, features, and availability may change without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to enter into a contract. A binding relationship exists only when both parties sign a written agreement.
4. The waiting list
Registering interest via the waiting list does not guarantee access to the DashView product. We will contact you when trials open in your region. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to bypass access controls on the fleet dashboard
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute content from this site
- Use the site to distribute malware or engage in unlawful activity
6. Intellectual property
The DashView name, logo, website copy, and product designs are the property of DashView Ltd. You may share links to public pages of this site freely. You may not copy or republish substantial portions without written permission.
